Welcome to Furniture Creative, a creative agency dedicated to producing high-quality media assets that help brands elevate their presence and increase sales. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Furniture Creative.

• “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the business or individual engaging our services.

• “Services” means the creative, design, photo, video, copywriting, advertising, and related deliverables provided by Furniture Creative.

2. Services provided

Furniture Creative provides creative and marketing services, including but not limited to product photo editing, lifestyle image rendering, video image rendering, video ads, copywriting, design assets, and digital campaign support. All services are delivered according to the agreed scope of work.

3. Use of services

Clients agree to provide timely and accurate information, materials, and approvals needed for us to complete the work. You must not use our deliverables in unlawful or misleading ways, or outside of the agreed purposes.

4. Fees and payment

All fees will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract.

5. Intellectual property

All creative assets, concepts, templates, and materials developed by Furniture Creative remain our property until payment is received in full. Once paid, the client is granted an exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for business and marketing purposes.

Working files, drafts, or raw assets (e.g., PSDs, video project files) are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing in the product description.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

7. Portfolio & Marketing Use

We may showcase your project (including before-and-after photos) in our portfolio, website, or social media to demonstrate our work. We’ll never use your business name or logo without permission, and if you’d rather not be featured at all, just let us know — no problem.

8. Liability

Furniture Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services purchased.

9. Revisions & Approvals

10. Termination

Because services are prepaid, cancellation is not available once work has begun. Clients may, however, invoke the Satisfaction Guarantee if they are not pleased with the results after revisions.

11. Changes to terms

Furniture Creative reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
